On a bright morning at 7 am, dedicated members of the Rotaract Club of APIIT gathered at Crow Island Beach for a transformative event under the Clean Up SL initiative. United by a shared commitment to preserving Sri Lanka's beautiful coastline, volunteers assembled to tackle litter and waste that had accumulated along the shore. Equipped with gloves, trash bags, and a strong sense of purpose, they worked collaboratively to clear plastic, debris, and pollutants, restoring a portion of the beach to its natural state. The project not only beautified Crow Island but also raised awareness about the importance of environmental conservation and community action
