A Funny Moment from a General Meeting

If you’ve been to a Rotaract general meeting, you know it’s not all minutes and sometimes, it’s mischief and laughter too.

Once, we had Rotaractors visiting from Mumbai. What was supposed to be a regular meeting turned into a hilarious, happy hangout session. We had sweets (too many, maybe?) and tried having a serious discussion… but we ended up laughing our hearts out.

We tried speaking in Hindi  (actually tried) and everyone all together we burst into laughter. The Mumbai team played along, joking and teaching us Hindi we probably still get wrong.

It was one of those moments where cultural barriers faded, and the room was just filled with joy, connection, and a lot of sugar and sweetness.
